I ordered a downloadable version of DROD:tcb on the site i got e-mailed, but it says "clearing at wednesday 26th" what does that mean? now what? When will i get tcb BTW: I payed at saturday

If it's an automated system, you'll have to wait till Wednesday 26th as far as the server is concerned, which is 6 hours 49 minutes from this post (assuming PDT for the server, which seems likely).

Well, I didn't get a new CaravelNet key on request just now either - I wonder if they halted all mail that's being sent out because the Illumination mailout was wonky again...

CaravelNet emails should be working. I know a couple of people have been caught by spam filters, so make sure you check those.

There does appear to be an ongoing issue with requesting keys from the game. If you're having trouble getting keys, you can request a new key through your forum profile, which should hopefully work.

I switched to JtRH for a while last week and couldn't get a key either so might be an ongoing issue...
