I would be interested in being a Forum Reporter, if you would have me. I've been around a while, and I already read nearly everything, so it would be easy to make note of good threads while browsing. It wouldn't take more than a half hour to review the threads and write a short blurb about each, even if I don't have time to do it on the spot. I could do it in the "
Miscellaneous Info"
section of my profile - no one reads that, and I couldn't lose the list.
I would choose threads based on 3 major criteria:
1. Is it a thread that would bring benefit to readers, whether that benefit be in entertainment, information, mental stimulation, etc.?
2. Would the thread still be relevant if the Illumination were delayed another month?
3. Has it never been mentioned as a topic pick before? (I can find this quickly with the forum search function, searching for author "
ErikH2000"
in board "
The Illumination"
containing the topic ID number e.g. 17312 for this one.)
I would require the following information:
* Whether to whittle them down to a certain number, look for a certain type, etc. or whether that will be done by someone else.
* When the deadline for getting things finalized will be, preferably known a day or three beforehand.
