Once i started playing Drod, i was very confused and Wanted to give up and say "What ever" but, my Boyfriend told me that I should keep playing at it. So I did and now I don't regret anything. It's a great game and I love it! It's still confusing as all hell but that doesn't matter I don't care. I will try and try untill my brains explode! Anywho, thank you for creating such a beautiful game! Cudos to you Erik! ^_^;Any tips for Newbies?

If you want tips for newbies, you should go to "Gunthro Budkin's Wisdom" in the help files. They tell you the basic techniques in the game. You can also go to the monster descriptions on the site, which splits the tips into little chunks.

If you already know this, sorry... only trying to help.....

Okay, for anyone bored enough to read the technical side of what happened, here you go: My code had a bug that if the file type was unrecognized, it let the file go through untouched. (What the heck is a .art file, anyways?)

I fixed the bug, and converted the file to a png and reuploaded it.

I'm not sure what a .art is... but, assuming you're running some flavor of unix on the server, the command `file` is pretty handy to tell you what the heck a file is... use "file blah.art". It might not work if it's some weird proprietary file format...

Yeah, I tried that on my PC first (cygwin), it just says "ART". So I just googled it and it seems to be some AOL format. They apparently recompress everything, unless you turn that option off.
