×Part of the ending is...shall we say...a "retrospective" of your adventure. So levels you don't complete won't show up in the ending.

But assuming you have Caravel DROD, you can just load back to level 4, beat the level normally, then beat levels 5, 6 (and 7 I assume too), and then load back to the level you were on. The ending just cares about the levels you beat, not the order you beat them in. I would suggest doing it soon, there are good lessons you learn on those levels that will help you on later ones.
