I'm looking for a sound-editing system for a PC. I don't really want to pay much or anything at all for it. I've searched on my computer for a software like that. But i haven't found any. Is there a sound-editing system in the PC from start when you buy a PC? Or can someone tell me from where I can get one? Please? Anyone? Yes? No?

Try audacity.sf.net (GNU GPL). If you need to do things that audacity doesn't cover, I probably can't help you beyond "Ask more specific questions please".

Audacity is probably the best one - it's what I used for my hold. Particularly useful (if you're recording stuff yourself) is the noise removal function. You only need to remove a little noise, and it comes out nice and crisp.
