Standard deviation. It basically is a number that is higher the bigger the difference between different votes are (like 4 & 10) IIRC, if the vote is over 2 it shows that there was a fair bit of disagreement.

Yes, it's a measure of how much the votes vary. If all the votes are the same, the standard deviation will be zero. If there's several low votes and several high votes, the standard deviation will be much higher.
