Do you get SMS credits if you buy CaravelNet? I really want to know this.

The system has since changed. The two are now considered independent.

For sure. How it works is that there are two options for buying a Smitemaster's Selection: You can either pay a bit extra to get the CD version which will include various extras, or you can buy the hold itself as simply a digital product (At a reduced cost, of course). I imagine that when you buy the CD, you also get the hold as a digital download when it is released as well.
