I'e worked out the cutting techniques (which took a while!) but I'm not sure where to cut to able to then have room to manouver around the babies. Can anyone give me a starting point?

Jason - this is not very helpful. There is no way to clear the gel without the potion.....

Gel doesn't count as a monster! Only gel babies and mothers do.

Ok, I'm stuck. After I conquered Pirates Hideout I was sent back here to Rasarus Archipelago exit room. I exit and end up back at the entrance in Pirates Hideout. I'm going in circles. Where am I supposed to go? Thanks

Errr... the entrance to Rasarus Archipelago is located in the room named "The Entrance", which is unsurprisingly the room south of "1 North"...

Also, if you go to the restore screen, select "Rasarus Archipelago" and hit the "Level Start" button, you'll see what the entrance room looks like and have it highlighted on the minimap...

EDIT: At least I take it from your post that you hadn't found the entrance yet...

Rasarus Archipelago. Rm 1N. I have some confusion regarding that room..I can't clear the gel to get to the Potion. I tried so many times. The blue gate is still up.Does that mean there is a room I have not visited yet?/If so where is it.I have gone everywhere and nothing for me to see yet.I also tried to come in from 2,0.
then 7,6 is problematic.
Please give me some ideas.

You need to solve this room first from (2,0).
Then once all gel babies are killed exit back through (2,0)
and the enter from the north, the blue door should be dropped then and you can acces the potion
