I've been dancing around for about 2600 turns, and still can't figure it out. I managed to kill one by hand, and get the rest in range of the bomb, save for 1 slayer. Either a really detailed hint or a demo would be really apreciated

oof. you're doing it the hard way!
I got them all over in the bomb range at the same time. Essentially, just get them into a big group on some other portion of the board, then lead them over to the bomb and get them to stop (when you get close to a slayer, he'll stop moving the wisp long enough for you to move away, leaving him where he was until the wisp catches up to you again). Then trigger the bomb and get out of the way.

wow, I was doing the complete opposite of that(group them away, lead a wisp trail to the bomb, etc.). Thanks!

You need to go through 4N3W to get to the West part of the city.

Very good .I am a little better off now,I am following all the directions,step by step.But I am stuck in Rm 5N2W. In this room I am using the alcoves to let those figures get through. However when I get to 17.17,I am stuck.Never have anough space to move forward. In the other direction the bombs are a problem.

There's no blue door with a staircase like in the other levels; The City is more of a hub level between places.

There is a point where you stop coming back to it though.
