×You and I start the room in exactly the same way, where we stay close to the western wall of the middle square.
We differ after turning the corner. When I do this room, I stay close to the southern wall of the middle square, until I kill the second guard. (I do step away once to kill the first guard.) If I stay close to the southern wall of the middle square, the guards tend to stay inside the middle square.
In your demo, after turning the corner, you move directly to the southern wall of the whole room. More guards come south out of the middle square and attack you.
