The room image isn't the correct one, but unfortunately Schik forgot to unbreak H&S for TCB holds, so I just grabbed one of the tutorial levels. (fixed-Onei)

Anyway, I can't figure out how your supposed to do the NW serpent. I'm guessing that there's something I don't know about mirrors that I'm supposed to.

I'm also stuck in this room, in the same place (I can't get the orb out of the entrance to the NW serpent room). My train of thought:

1. I clearly have to push the mirror into the room, since I can't set foot inside without being eaten by the serpent.

2. There is no way to push a mirror more than one square's distance at a time, so I have to push it from the force arrow to the spot SE of it to kill the serpent.

3. Nothing I do with my sword will move the mirror from that spot, so I have no alternative but to break it.

4. All the other mirrors in the room are behind a pressure plate, out of reach of my sword, that seals off the NW serpent chamber. I therefore cannot kill the final serpent.

5. The room is therefore impossible.

Where am I going wrong?

I don't have a problem with the NW serpent (other than it has to be tackled last). I'm stuck with the NE serpent room. Can't get the glass ball out again against the downward, inward facing arrow.

I KNOW I must be missing something, as nobody else has mentioned a problem ....

A hint purleese?

Now face down-right. Done that too? Excellent!
Now move down.

In case sarahw can't see the picture being referred to, the mirror should have been pushed past the arrow and be in the square Southeast of it before following Dex Stewart's (somewhat condescending) advice.

Found the secret room here but not sure how to proceed.

1. Kill the queen? Too easy so why let them live?

2. Move the ord? Takes down the two walls and roaches run like mad after you but easy to kill so why let them out?

3. Kill the queens and move the mirror to any entrance? No good, cannot get it into the snake holding pens.

There is only one mirror in the secret room ... two queens that can easily be killed ... ditto their baby roaches .... Humm ... guess I will have to study this secret room some more ... unless someone has a hint

The entrances to the snakes are open but, stepping on a pressure plate to get to where the gueens are, and access to moving the 1 mirror, results in all the open doors to close. There doesn't seem to be an way to open them again (which doesn't make any sense). And killing both queens right away doesn't seem to help. So, an impossible situation ... or so it seems.

Now, I can get the bottom two absolutely fine, nothing difficult about it. But the top two... Yeah, not so much.

From top left, going clockwise:

TL: Even getting it IN there is the problem; I can't get it to scoot over after pushing it in, I can't push it with the sword, so seemingly the only way to stop it from blocking the way in is to destroy it... And the inner part needing it + not being able to get any other mirrors without voiding the ability to go back kinda stops that from being viable.

EDIT: Got the top right LITERALLY 5 SECONDS AFTER POSTING. Blame my chronic case of hints-board-itis.
