On another thought, would it be able to make PMs moddable?

Please, no. I personally wouldn't want people to go trawling though all my posts that have been modded up, and I don't think many people would.

No real need. The current system is to encourage public discussion. If I don't want people to mod me up for doing something, I will conduct it by PM.
