When you have already typed something, in the message text box, and hit return to start on a new line, the text at the bottom will get bumped off the screen, but there is no scrolling bar.

i.e in the attched picture, there was text under 'just a test', after I hit return a couple of times. No scroll bar:

I'd hazard a guess that the

wrap="virtual"

attribute that is set on the reply textarea is causing this, but I wouldn't know why it breaks Safari...
