what do you mean by 'get'?

If your trying to import hold files, go to change location, import.

If your trying to export hold files, go to manage hold, export.

If your trying to find hold files, look in the hold board or the architecture board.

Also, you can create them in the editor. The interface is relatively easy, just go to "Build" from the title screen. There, you can make what you want, and export it to get a standalone hold file.
