What probably happened is you either played it when it was on architecture, on a beta test board or an early release. Later, the hold id (as explained by CuriousShyRabbit) was changed (and I seem to remember it did).
The result would usually be for you then to have the hold listed twice when you go to "
Change Location"
. Filenames and the such won't make a difference.
"
Good"
news is, this would have happened to everyone in the same situation
If you find yourself spending a lot of time playing DROD and trying out various holds I'd recommend investing in a CaravelNet subscription (around 7 UK pounds per year if that's your currency). It allows downloading holds in game which tracks updates etc so you'd never be caught out by a similar issue again. It allows highscore tracking and other cool stuff too, so worth taking a look. People on the forums with a trophy type icon under their posts are registered if you've any questions.
Overall it's good value for money if you do play a lot of DROD.
