Um, I can't pass this room, but I can't think of a specific question to ask. Hints please, and failing that, a demo.

I did this room by killing the roaches on the right side myself, while the left mimic killed the left ones. When the occasional roach had to pass the left mimic, I was able to turn around and smite it without dying. Lucky I guess.
