I was beginning to test my new Hold and in the last room, I'd put invincible characters on the tar and the mud, disappearing when room cleared, and suddenly, I saw tar AND mud in on 1*1 squares.

See added screenshot!!

Yeah, that seems buggy. Could you maybe tell more detailedly, what was in the room, and what did you to trigger that bug. Can you reproduce it? Posting the room here might help, too.

Is there something specific I should be doing? The demo ends before any of the characters disappears, so it's not really useful. And I can't get anything unusual to happen by trying to replicate what Beethro did in the demo. There's nothing left behind after the characters disappear...

This seems like a variant of the wraithwing-on-tar bug fixed in a recent patch.

The interesting bit is that (like other tar squares) the 1x1 will expand. However, the mud squares can be cut like normal.

I don't like the fact that you put the mothers in a line. Two in parallel would be better, so you can choose when to kill each.

This bug has been fixed in version 2.0.13 of JtRH.
I've reported the bug a long time ago.

Please get the latest patch (2.0.14.1) here.

Sorry about that, I just noticed that I have a 2.0.12 patch :closedeyes.

Also,about the demo, I'd stopped the demo just 1 turn to soon, as the script of the characters says "-wait for room clear-dissappear".
