×If you are careful with your movement and mime placement you only have to kill the unreachable queen and prevent the cluster of 3 queens from entering the trap doors.

×If you place your first mime directly south of the southern most force arrow the cluster of 3 queens is running to (i.e. two squares north of (2) in the image inside the first post), it will stop the unreachable bug from entering the force arrow, so you don't have to rush to the last potion.

×After grabbing the first potion, simply take the slightly longer route to the NW rather than the SW to head W. Those two queens won't move since you are above them, and you can simply kill them before grabbing the second potion. The rest is trivial.
