I believe I must exit the middle passage on the west wall and re-enter the bottom passage on the west wall to conquer this room.

Is this right and, if so, can I start as Jax?

i'm on the exit route out, i can get the darned blue element to push the box to complete the route for the kid to get across, but then no matter what i try, i can't get the element to hit the button that drops the yellow gate to let the kid out......what am i missing?..........duh, rule of posting gets me again, got it
