When you hold the mouse over them, arrows say you cannot step on them from 3 squares (true), and that you can only step off them onto those 3 squares (false). You can step off an arrow onto 5 squares, 2 of them (the ones orthogonal to the arrow direction) you can also step back onto the arrow from.

I didn't catch that either.

Arrow:
Can't be moved onto from the three squares around its facing.
Can only be moved off into those three squares and the two orthogonal squares around it.

Suggestions welcome.
