I can't figure this out. You must have to kill the roaches and the brain with the mimics, but as soon as you go to get the mimics the roaches stop chasing you. I tried to encourage them to all go in the 'pen' at the top left but couldn't do it. Any ideas?

Erm - which hold are we talking about here? No level in DD has a Twice North that fits your description...

Ahhh - now you mention it, that was the method I used when I first played this level, but when I saw the original post I couldn't remember how I solved it, tried it his way and found it worked. I don't think either way is much easier or harder, to be honest.
